Upgrading from Previous Versions
If you are a registered user of any Actual Tools product earlier than version 4.0 please read the following carefully:
- According to Actual Tools' upgrade policy registered users are entitled to a special discount on major updates (as when upgrading from 3.x to 4.x). Please visit our Upgrade Center and follow the instructions there to register the Actual Tools program with this discount. Minor updates (like from 4.0 to 4.1) can be done for free using your original registration key.
- You can import all the settings you had in a previous version of Actual Tools software
if you are migrating:
- from any earlier Actual Tools product to Actual Window Manager
- from any earlier Actual Tools product to a later version of the same product (e.g. from Actual Title Buttons 3.8 to Actual Title Buttons 4.0)
